Because all products are made to order, cancellations or changes may only be possible within a short time after purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind because all products are made to order.

5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
