If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the claim is approved, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, orders may only be canceled before production begins.
